We are pleased to welcome Nick Ayios and Sarah Billiald who have joined Your Healthcare as Non-Executive Directors from 1 May. They will replace Elizabeth Corrado and Anne Nazemetz who previously stepped down.

Nick Ayios

Nick has lived with his family within the Royal Borough of Kingston since 1989, and has a personal interest in autism and people with special educational needs. He has over 30 years of financial services, working at Investec, BNP, Paribas Fortis, Lloyds of London, ABN AMRO and Surrey Independent Living Charity. He advises and supports executives in their leadership of firms and is committed to high standards of corporate governance, assisting firms in numerous change and transformation initiatives to strengthen operational excellence and culture. Nick is a Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) and has benefitted from extensive executive training in Leadership and Coaching.

Sarah Billiald

Sarah lives in Dorking with her husband and son, and spends most of her time currently coaching women and girls’ cricket as well as leading the local primary school choir. She has worked in a number of senior public service roles, most recently as Chief Executive of First Community Health and Care, an employee-owned social enterprise delivering community NHS services in Surrey and Sussex. Sarah is also a Non-Executive Director at Healthwatch Surrey. Sarah is a chartered accountant by profession, working for many years at the National Audit Office, and then in senior roles within the civil service as the Chief Executive of Kent Probation and then as a management consultant supporting collaboration across services.

Kevin Barrett remains our Independent Chair, Jeremy Budd our Audit and Assurance Board Chair, and Shane Brennan will continue in his role as Freedom to Speak Up Guardian.
