Since becoming Your Healthcare, the staff group “Potential’ has been formed. ‘Potential’ is a body of democratically-elected members from Your Healthcare teams whose principle function is to inform and influence the Board on key issues, what’s going well, not so well and what changes would make a difference to Your Healthcare employees. ‘Potential’ act as custodians of the organisation’s staff potential, promoting and encouraging staff involvement by providing a forum for discussion, debate, idea generation, information sharing, and creativity.
