Welcome to your healthcare…

Welcome to Your Healthcare CIC, providers of NHS community healthcare services in the borough of Kingston and to some people in Richmond.

We are a not-for-profit social enterprise staffed with former NHS personnel, delivering the same services as we did when we were part of NHS Kingston (formerly Kingston Primary Care Trust). Not just ‘business as usual’, but better able to respond to patients' needs in our community. Staff  continue to deliver high quality services which include District Nursing, Health Visiting, School Nursing, Rehabilitation, Learning Disability Services, Physiotherapy, Podiatry and Speech and Language provision.

Like our organisation, which launched on 1st August 2010, this website is evolving. It contains information about us, and our services. Your views are important to us, and you can contact us by using the link at the top of this page or on other pages.

Equality & Diversity Self-Assessment January 2012

Equality and Diversity

Your Healthcare presents the Equality Delivery System self-assessment that will enable us to continually work to improve and strengthen our accountability to services users, patients, staff and members of the public.

We have also developed a set of Equality Objectives in consultation with staff and other partners, designed to ensure that equality is at the forefront of everything we do.
