IT Services provides managed IT infrastructure development and support for Your Healthcare, our commissioners and other organisations, both on behalf of Kingston PCT and under independent contracts.
We have the in-house skills to design and deliver innovative solutions to meet clinical and business needs, based on robust and secure platforms adhering to NHS Information Governance regulations and guidelines. Our systems are scalable from single-handed GP practices to borough-wide community healthcare provision. This is backed with a fully-managed support service, with the ability to deliver both remote and deskside support to ensure customers can continue with business-as-usual operations.

Our Service Desk acts as a single point of contact for all IT-related queries, managing both incidents and service requests. We pride ourselves on our "first-touch fix" capability, but the Service Desk also maintains control of both internal and external escalations, triaging faults for third-party suppliers such as BT and GP clinical software suppliers. Working hours are based on 0900-1700 Monday-Friday, but customers have the option of extended service hours of 0730-1730 Monday-Friday.
